In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to retain patients, increase visit frequency, and enhance overall patient satisfaction during their journey with us.
This role offers a unique hybrid work arrangement, blending remote work with in-office collaboration at our headquarters in North York, along with visits to various Hearing Solutions clinics. Therefore, candidates must demonstrate flexibility and possess access to a vehicle.
